Meliá London Kensington

We chose this location for its proximity to the tube. It was also near Kensington Palace and Hyde Park, as well as some very good restaurants. The hotel itself was quaint, modern, and the room quiet and spacious for London. We had a king size bed, with wi-fi and amenities for anything you may have forgotten to pack. However, I’m a 5’ 5.5” tall woman and the bathroom was more accommodating to a male. The vanity mirror was high and there was not an outlet for women in the bathroom- although I think that’s normal in the UK. Our stay was for two nights. The housekeeping the second day was okay. They didn’t dispose of our trash, so that didn’t feel fresh. Other than that, the stay was good and we left happy. I would recommend this hotel if traveling for a day or two.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Location , service, and rooms were all excellent. It had a boutique feel to the place and felt very cosy and inviting. The decor was stunning, and we had a lovely room at the front overlooking the Church. The only improvement is with more variety and quality at breakfast with the hot food, my partner did mention... but I was very happy with my continental breakfast 😋 Thank you.

The stay was absolutely amazing. Right from coming in, the service was phenomenal and I felt very welcome and was also handed a cup of tea while I had to wait for 5 minutes until my room was ready. Especially Peter and Irene were very friendly and helping when I had an issue with my luggage. I would recommend this place to anyone that asks! The rooms are also nicely renovated and have a cute boutique flair to it.
